Will the Solomon Islands host a Chinese military base before 2032?

Resolves the same as the original on Metaculus.

Resolution criteria

This question resolves as Yes if before January 1, 2032 any of the following three conditions below occur:

1. The governments of China or the Solomon Islands publicly announce that a Chinese military base has been agreed upon and will begin construction before 2032.

2. At least one credible media source reports that the Solomon Islands host over 1000 Chinese soldiers.

3. At least three credible media sources describe China's military presence on the Solomon Islands as a military base
